I am a representative of the above Football Club/Team and am authorised to sign this document on its behalf.
The list of players attached to this Declaration is a complete roster of the players who might play for the Team in the 2024 Jamberoo Sevens Cup (the Competition).
I acknowledge and agree with the Jamberoo Football Club that:
- The only people who are eligible to play for the Team in the Competition are the people named on the team list. If a person is not named on the team list, then he/she may not play in the Competition unless he/she has first received a clearance to play from the organisers of the Competition.
- All players named on the team list comply with the age requirements of the Competition.
- I will abide by the rules of the Competition as set by the Jamberoo Football Club (which are subject to change from time-to-time).
- I will comply with all reasonable directions set by the Jamberoo Football Club for the conduct of the Competition.
- I will be bound by the decisions of the match referee and disciplinary tribunal.
- The Club hereby indemnifies the Jamberoo Football Club against any claim arising in relation to the death or injury of a person who plays for the Team, which is caused or arises in connection with the Competition.
